Product Description

Eslicarbazepine cas number 104746-04-5 is the main active metabolite of Eslicarbazepine acetat, and does not act as an efflux pump such as P-glycoprotein and MRP substrate, and therefore does not require assisted administration of P-glycoprotein and & MRP inhibitor that can achieve an unexpected effect. It often used to treat severe intractable epilepsy, central and peripheral nervous system disorders, affective disorders and so on. It has a variety of synthetic methods, but most use the 9-oxoacridine-10 (9H) -carboxamide (hereinafter referred to as A) as the starting material. One of the shortest route is use A as the raw material, adding the chiral catalyst RuCl [(S, S) -Tsdpen] (p-cymene), the target compound can be obtained in one step, but the used chiral catalyst is expensive, then the cost of Eslicarbazepine cas number 104746-04-5 is too high. There is another synthetic method, although the route is longer than the above mentioned, the use of solvents and materials is cheap, and the yield is high, then overall cost is lower, with a strong operability. Use A as raw material, add NaBH4, MeOH, H2O, etc., to get (9-hydroxyacridine-10 (9H) -carboxamide and then add (R) -2-hydroxy-2- (6-methoxynaphthalen-2-yl) acetic acid, DMAP, DCC and the like, followed by addition of NaOH to give the final target compound. The biggest highlight of this synthetic method is that the yield of each step is above 95%, and there is a possibility of further improvement.
